I was one of only two people in the lobby and had already completed online check‑in. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes with no acknowledgment or communication. When I finally asked, I was told they didn’t know I was there and that I would need to reschedule, even though I was sitting directly in front of staff the entire time. I’m starting this review by saying Dr Blewitt is amazing, and has been my OBGYN for over a decade and a half. I have always felt safe in her care and feel so confident in knowing how my body works as a woman and being taken care of every time I am seen by her. I took a long time to write this review, but after my most recent visit with Dr. Blewett, I felt I needed to share my experience. I had my first baby in 2024. My original OB was Dr. Embraheim, but I later switched to Dr. Jenner, who has been absolutely wonderful and, in my opinion, one of the best doctors in the practice. Because I wasn’t scheduled for an induction, I had to rotate through the other physicians in the office. Scheduled an appointment through their website to see Dr. Blewett. The website specifically said they accept my insurance. Got a call cancelling the appointment bc they "stopped taking it in January." It's June. Your website allowed me to make an appointment; giving my insurance was part of the sign up process. Might be helpful if you updated your site and your intake form online in a more timely manner. Wonder what else is overlooked in this practice?
