Dr Lombardi is a compassionate physician! He is so thorough and his evaluation, explains everything and is always opened questions. He does not rush in the room, as if the building was on fire and he takes his time with the patients. While this could create a little wait time, it is well worth it to get great care. I want a physician that is not only talented, but also acts like a human being.
In September 2025, I slipped on a ramp and broke my ankle in 3 places. The emergency room staff and the attending physician, Dr. Tescher triaged my ankle until I could see Dr Lombardi at New Mexico Bone & Joint. He assessed the break and explained what was needed to fix it in detail. Post surgery, he explained how the surgery went. He followed my recovery process very closely. Excellent and very professional
I haven’t been able to see the actual dr. Today was the 4th time his office calls to cancel the appointment. They scheduled you out 2 months out because his hours are so limited. Set up the appointment then have them call to cancel after waiting for so long. I am going somewhere else not worth it. If I don’t cancel 24 hours before they charge me, but they can call me the day off to cancel and just say sorry.
