Incorrect No-Show Charge & Unprofessional Experience I was charged a no-show fee for a 9:40 AM appointment, which is incorrect. We did show up. As new patients, the medical building was difficult to navigate and the front desk was understaffed and busy, causing delays before we could be directed to the correct suite.
