Honest, patient, very knowledgeable.
I was referred to UT Southwestern by my regular dermatologist to have a cyst on the back of my neck removed. When scheduling I was told that the procedure could be done at either location so I chose the Frisco location since it was slightly closer to my home. When I showed up to have the cyst removed i was told by the doctor Kaveh Nezafati, MD that he couldn't do it because it was too large for his skill set and he would refer my to someone in the Dallas location. then when I when to check out they want me to pay a co pay.
