Emily is fantastic. The manager. Sitting at the right end of the bar grilled her, he was extremely unprofessional. He “assumed” that she knew how to do something she’d never done before. The “manager” stated at me and other occupant from time of entering the facility. Until when “manager” quickly left. He never got off his phone, blamed Emily for the business burg. Slow. Sounds like time and time again the people left to run these businesses can’t do anything but drive out the only people wiling to pay anything.
Of all the kava bar chains, this place has the most consistent product quality. The only complaint I have is that it feels like a cave. Most kava bars are bright and tropical feeling. It may just be by preference talking, but I don't like it. Otherwise the staff is friendly and tea Tuesday rocks! Best deal in town.

This place used to be one of our favorite spots in town, but what has happened over the past year is honestly shocking. The manager, Matt, has repeatedly come into the shop screaming at employees at the top of his lungs and using profanity in front of customers. It has created such a hostile and uncomfortable environment that nearly the entire staff has quit.
