This place used to be one of our favorite spots in town, but what has happened over the past year is honestly shocking. The manager, Matt, has repeatedly come into the shop screaming at employees at the top of his lungs and using profanity in front of customers. I never feel motivated to write reviews but this place has seriously gone downhill these last few months. Everything that was fun about this place has been taken away.. wheel Wednesday.. bingo nights.. slams at midnight (instead of 1 a.m). Almost all of the staff that has made this place enjoyable has either been driven away... reduced in hours.. or replaced by poorly trained staff. More expensive then other places in town. kava tasted terrible. didn't say anything but staff acted like me being there was kind of an inconvenience. would think they would've appreciated a customer since the place was almost empty. music was also terrible and too loud. not a good place to go if you just want to chill and relax. bad vibes
Avoid this- and any place selling this stuff. All are skirting the system by selling unregulated substances like kratom and kava with zero transparency or safety standards. These products aren’t FDA-regulated, and there are well-documented risks in the unregulated market, including contamination and dangerous additives, such as fentanyl. Nothing about this feels responsible or safe—just pushing a “legal high.” There’s a reason many FL counties and other states don’t allow this.
