Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Completely Unacceptable I came to this store website ready to make a purchase, but instead of standard customer service, I was treated with absolute disrespect when I called the physical store for a product enquire. The employee who handled my call lacked basic patience and courtesy. I went looking for a watch and met Wilma. She was very knowledgeable of all the brands they carried and honest in her take of each brands pros and cons. I ended up buying 2 Mido watches and couldn't be more delighted. Thanks again Wilma.
