Just wanting to say how much I enjoyed my shopping experience at Kavar this afternoon. Debbie was so friendly, helpful & nothing was too much trouble for her to show me. I was there quite a while, & over that time the whole Sunday team touched base with her/us & helped make everything so personable. They work great together! I have purchased a citizen pro master dive watch recently. The sales experience was great and helpful. I worked with Willma in the watch department. I had to return as I had some more questions about the watch. Again a great experience the time was taken to go over the features without a problem. Thank you.

Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Completely Unacceptable I came to this store website ready to make a purchase, but instead of standard customer service, I was treated with absolute disrespect when I called the physical store for a product enquire. The employee who handled my call lacked basic patience and courtesy.
