When I first moved in here there was and still is a bag of household trash outside in the back. The deck in the back is unusable due to the extreme rot. This was not the apartment I was shown. I was told this apartment was being cleaned and painted. They didn't clean or paint. New paint don't have cracks and peels in areas. And my lease also states not allowed to disturb neibours, but I've got a neighbor that continues to have big get togethers and then hangs out in the parking lot yelling, throwing footballs around, and sit... read more
