Kavanagh construction is simply the best! We completed a two-story remodel with this team while living in the home. We met weekly with the team with organized meetings. Not only was the work detailed and of the highest quality, but the team kept the living area clean and well protected so we were comfortable through the process. Kavanagh construction did our full house remodel ending mid June 2024. All I can say is that they did an amazing job and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Patrick and Brian met with us weekly, were always on time and super responsive at all times. The subs they work with were excellent craftsmen, respectful, and kept things clean. If we ever do a remodel again it will only be with them.

Kavanaugh Construction is the first contractor I can trust. Some have made me truly crazy. I really relaxed with Kavanaugh because everything was on time, professional and finished when promised. Looking back I wish they had done all my remodeling. Subs arrived when promised. Work was flawless! Evening cleanup! Communications were perfect. Someone answers the phone and if they don't, they returned my call promptly. I give my highest rating to Kavanaugh. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
