I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was completely unprofessional from start to finish. Rather than trying to resolve a simple issue, multiple staff members berated me and treated me with disrespect. To make matters worse, an employee pulled a family member I was with aside and told them they believed I was trying to scam the restaurant. This is the best Coffee shop in town. The service, the coffee, and the food are all amazing. The ladies here do a fantastic job, and the ambience is excellent.
