I've really really enjoyed my time with Krista- she has helped me so much in working on my emotional management and in reclaiming my creativity in unique and approachable ways. She's consistently a bright, reassuring, and calm presence. After our sessions I feel lighter, more balanced, and ready to approach my week!

I’ve been working with Krista for several months and she’s been amazing. I felt comfortable immediately and have been able to work through several issues, with Krista listening, responding and helping me to grow within myself each step of the way. I am a creative person and would be given weekly exercises (drawing, writing, etc) which allowed me to see things in a way I’m not sure I would have through just talking. Thank you Krista!

I have a strong sense that nothing I bring up is too small or too large to discuss with Odie. She naturally creates a space to be honest in, and I leave her office feeling lighter every time. I’ve had weekly sessions with Odie for 4 months now, and have definitively gained a sense of security and ease within myself, and throughout my relationships. There is more that I’d like to work through so I feel lucky to have found a person and a space that I’m motivated to return to.

My work with Kav Counseling and Odie has been the most beneficial counseling service I've ever received. They are very attuned to the life of an artist, the current climate of the music and live event industry, and the struggles within. Each session has steered me to get a little more out of my own way, become clearer on my goals and needs, and discover ways to achieve them. My experiences are validated by someone who "gets it" - a true gift!
