Love their coffee, bagels, and cream cheese. The best cream cheese around by far. But, the girls up front need to be a bit more welcoming. They don’t smile much and barely greet you when you walk in. Not a very friendly environment. My order was messed up one time and they weren’t apologetic about it at all and looked at me like I was an inconvenience. The owner or supervisors need to address this in their morning huddles if they have them.
I went in to get coffee for the movie. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed as well as the great attitude of the worker.
