Cannot recommend Kauri Chiropractic enough! Dr Aaron is amazing, so very kind and knowledgeable. Even after my first adjustment appointment, I feel so much better. All the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and friendly as well.
I came in for an adjustment last Thursday to fix my tmj and i came out with intense pain in my left upper back. It hurts to breathe even. So much pain, its unbearable. I emailed the office, I didn't get any response that day so I called an hour before they closed and asked to cancel my appointment and I also said that I sent an email. The girl responded by rudely overexaggerating "ooookaay!" Then I got put on hold she came back to tell me that Dr Aaron will call me to discuss this. No apology, no concern, nothing. Oh Kauri was once a great place before they expanded and got bigger. Told the receptionist a week out that I couldn’t make my appointment for the next week and was told that’s ok we will take you off. Well fast forward to that week and that is not what occurred, I was called multiple times asking for payment when I specifically told them I couldn’t not make any new appointments due to other family commitments. I love the family atmosphere, all the ladies at the front desk are so lovely, and each and every chiropractor takes time to get to know what your concerns and issues are. Would highly recommend!
I attended Chiro with my first child to help with her tension. We then found out she had ties and Chiro helped her through that process aswell. I then started going to Chiro with my daughter and continued on through my pregnancy. We had family stuff come up and slowly stopped going. Kauri Chiropractic and their staff checked in multiple times, asked how we were doing and made us feel like they cared. After way too many months of not going we have found ourselves back.
