My elderly mother (who has been a long time patient of Dr. Brahmbhatt’s) went to an appointment with him earlier today and she was met with a very rude secretary named Jackie Fuentes. She was not only rude but very dismissive to my mom and she needed guidance since this was the first time coming to his new office location. We adore Dr. Brahmbhatt but this is a very poor representation of what a phenomenal doctor he is. She needs proper training in etiquette and how to deal with patients in need.
