High Country Aqua Tech ROCKS! New Name and new owners, Lili & Graham, are wonderful people and so amazing to work with! We bought our new Caldera Spa there and they took care of us start to finish. We paid for the permitting service which was a huge value, as they handled everything with Summit county. Great employees too, making the install short and sweet and we were enjoying our new spa the next day. If you are in the market for a hot tub/spa don't go to Denver, get it here in Summit -- You won't be disappointed!
Lili and her team at High Country Aqua Tech were awesome to work with! They helped coordinate everything with the delivery and installation of our hot tub including the electrical and permit work which made the whole process effortless since we couldn’t be there for most of the process. They were equally helpful after the installation making sure they answered all of my questions regarding the operation of the tub and had everything we needed to properly maintain the tub. I would highly recommend High Country Aqua Tech!
I had an amazing experience at Aqua Tech! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. We are loving every minute we spent in our new hot tub. It’s refreshing to have a company that truly understands and caters to our personal needs. Highly recommend!

Hello, I wanted to put in a good review for the new owners, Lilly and Graham. They bought Kaupas Water. I had bought a hot tub back some 4 years prior from Kaupas Water. Last year I needed a repair and High Country was quick to accomodate us. This year I needed a part and was told that Tufts Spas went out of business and no parts are available. My hot tub cover was originally guaranteed for life. Obviously, that went away. Lilly told me that another customer traded in a cover like mine and she still had the old cover at the ... read more
