In the process of selling a house, this company was the rock star. They took our laundry list of many different types of projects and saw something I forgot to add that was a pretty easy fix but critical (re-connecting a pipe to a vent in the attic), and went ahead and just did it. Truly going the extra mile. Very easy to work with, they actually have a project manager who coordinates everyone who is needed. Zane M. was great. Highly recommend!
I love the security of the regular "checkups" by Loren and the Kaufman Home Maintenance team. Living alone there are many things I either can't or won't do myself (climbing ladders) or don't even know to look for ... and they take care of all of them. Easy to work with, always helpful, and they keep track of the details I'm clueless about. Thanks to the whole team!
Loren went above and beyond this trip when he discovered a leaky toilet and was able to fix it right away.
