Been coming here for 15 years; I won't go anywhere else. Reliable, honest, no BS, knowledgeable. They're always upfront about what you *actually* need to get done right now vs. what can wait or what's unnecessary. Anytime I hear about someone getting ripped off at a dealership I refer them to Kaufman's for the next time!
Finally a mechanic who knows what he is doing, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services! After several bad experiences with dealerships, a friend recommended Kaufman as "great diagnosticians."
