Have seen Dr. Kaufmann for 20+yrs atleast - since going under FMH, service of 98% of the staff is TERRIBLE! They have forgotten to order labs several times & have also attempted to be a doctor - several months ago a tech/nurse? even said my T3 was better & is why I had not recieved a callback - .12 is NOT better than .38 - I corrected her, ugh. They have done it again this week - inexcusable!! They refused give him my lab results & demanded I make an out of cycle appt - Why do they think (even after Explaing) I had my GP run... read more
Forget a follow up or return phone call from this office, plus have lots of waiting time because they Always run late! Time to find a new doctor, someone that also has a nurse that cares about your health!
