Communication is great, I had my unit for roughly 2 years. They are pretty easy going and moving out was simple. However, when I moved out my belongings everything ruined by a rat infestation. In fact, a rat was present when I was cleaning out my things. I did inform them of this, they responded with "Im sorry, that is something that is hard to control in the country." So just be aware if you choose this storage, your things maybe ruined.
I I would highly recommend this storage, this customer service has been nothing but awesome. I was renting for about 1 year and none of my belongings were damaged by the weather(water), nor did we have any issues with pests inside the unit. Both of these things have happened to me in the past right here in Kaufman, destroyed everything and nothing was compensated. No issues with any break ins, This place is great. They worked with me on getting moved out and have always been very professional, and friendly.
I have lost nearly everything I own because the owner does not maintain this property. I have pictures of roof damage and my door would not close all the way. The owner knew about this and never repaired anything. My Insurance Company left messages for the owner to call and he never did. I had black windows in the unit as well. Run the other way!
Very friendly owner, great price, very clean area. I also liked that it's fenced in, and cameras everywhere.
