I have nothing but positive things to say about Kaufman! The team worked with me throughout the process of handling my storm damage insurance claim this past year, and did an incredible job replacing my roof and window wraps. I was very impressed with the clear communication, efficient scheduling, and quality of work. This was a huge project and they made sure it went smoothly. Would absolutely work with again. Thank you!

UPDATE 3: Thanks to the CEO, I am updating this review again. She personally apologized for the treatment, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, my complaint was not about the quality of work (which so far as I know was fine), but about how terrible the overall experience was due to the communication. I simply wanted a better understanding of the billing, and was met with hostility for that. I was assured that would be corrected internally. The Kaufaman roofing crew was outstanding!. They took great care to save the flower garden by the roof that was replaced. When finished, one could not tell that there had been a project. The crew finished the roof in one day...working way into the evening. As for the crew, they were highly skill as well as cheerful and courteous. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Overall great experience. Jake assisted in providing a bid for a flat roof replacement for me and was very informative along the way about what needed to change to prevent leaking like we had happening. Keng did a walk through after it was finished and answered all my questions about the finished product and had recommendations for safely putting a deck on top of the roof.
