The roofing crew was incredibly skilled and worked very well together to get a large roof completely stripped to plywood and replaced with all new materials in one day. Kaufman Roofing replaced our 20+ year-old roof. They were outstanding. We had some roof damage from a hail/wind storm August 15. We called them based on their strong local reviews. They were very responsive. Their sales/estimator rep Riley R. was able to come out early the next morning. Kaufman replaced my rubber membrane, flat roof last September. I paid $45k out of pocket for the roof and new gutters. Almost immediately, but in only certain conditions, it started leaking in new places, including my front step, creating a dangerous environment for myself and elderly guests. When I called last year, they sent out the foreman, who could not explain the problem and made no attempt to fix it. I never heard back from Tom or anyone else.
