I have memory issues so I’ve already forgotten everyone’s names, but I had a perfectly lovely experience with everyone I interacted with, from the girls up front to the physical therapist and the aides in the back! Everyone was very professional, answering my questions clearly and concisely, as well as being extremely friendly! It was sort of like being surrounded by family, everyone was chatting and getting along with each other in between their instructions! I would definitely recommend this office!
The team was all great to work with. Shout out to Toby, Kared, Marvie, Shyanne and Carin. Thank you all so much for taking great care of me during my knee rehab.
My therapist, Toby, is great. While I have never been in pain, he focuses on my back. Apparently, that is where the numbness in my left ankle is coming from. Everyone has been very friendly, compassionate, and caring. I would recommend this facility to everyone that may need physical therapy.
The therapy received is always good and good for me. Everyone is so caring, I highly recommend them
Very caring Therapist at this location. Toby , Marvie, Jared. They are doing everything they can to get my knee working after replacement and manipulation procedure.
