Kris Kaufman provided excellent advice during my divorce. Kris did a great job communication and kept me informed at all benchmark occurrences. Kris was very friendly and professional, I appreciated the proactive work ethic and all efforts from the entire team.
I filed a formal complaint on Dylan Benson through the Office of Professional Conduct in Utah. He is a fairly new attorney with only 5 yrs. experience. The first instance of corruption and lack of integrity from this attorney was when he filed a TRO to try to take my children from me to help his client have a financial upper hand through the divorce process. Ben Larson is THE WORST attorney in Ogden, Utah. His incompetence is incomprehensible. Can't believe he actually continues to hold his professional license. I struggle every day with how much I trusted Ben Larson with my life and the amount of my life savings he gave away to my ex because of his lack of interest in me, his paying client. Mr. Alexander Smart and his team did a fantastic job getting my neighbors to clean up the debris, trash and junk out of their back yard. Mr. Smart took just over 60 days to get it accomplished. I worked Washington Terrace City Code Enforcement for over 2 years and they could not accomplish the same action. If you need civil legal representation, l highly recommend Mr. Smart. He kept me well informed about my case and gave me the legal advice to move forward and be successful.
