Also did not return any of the 8 tenants security deposit and stated it was because all of these false made up cleaning charges,etc. The place was filthy when we moved in and he literally had next years tenants move all their stuff in before we were even out of place. During the summer, he stated “we threw a lot of the furniture people bought away” We spent hours there cleaning and left it better than we got it.
