He is professional, patience, understanding and goes above and beyond for the patients and so are the other staff. I felt at ease the entire visit. Made an appointment to see the doctor on Saturday for a following Tuesday appointment. Got an email saying they are looking forward to seeing me at my appointment the next day. Left work early, arrived and they said they cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm. Did not feel bad about it and had already scheduled another person for that time. Very disappointed
