RecommendedDevan is fantastic to work with. He listens closely to client needs and will do whatever it takes to address the small bumps bound to arise in a large remodeling project. The KC resources were on time every day, did exactly the work that was on the schedule, and left the house exceedingly clean at the end of each day. They even treated my pets like family! Our main floor remodel is gorgeous; I wouldn’t change a thing! High quality work and a relationship based on total respect for the client.
Totally transformed our bathroom to bring it up to date. Great design ideas! Always knew the schedule, good communication which you don’t very often.

Happy with their work. Everything looks good. Getting things repaired and service / warranty issues after construction have been considerably less than desired or what we expected. Have sent multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages, and can’t seem to get my issues addressed and things repaired. And we are talking multiple messages over several months.
