This is the third time where we have had a problem with Kaufman Appraisal Service in the last 18 months. This time they missed an entire full bath and had the square footage at 60% of actual measurements. The valuation is approximately half of market value. With banking regulations the way they are for investors we now have to have their appraisal thrown out by process of appeal and order another appraisal which will cost at least two weeks on this project.
