With their appraisal they sent the market value of our home downhill. The appraisal came in $10,000 lower than an appraisal done in 2022. This company should be reported to The BBB and close their doors they suck at their job. If I could rate less than one star I would, they deserve a zero!
Very rude when ask about the appraisal. Says his opinion only matters. Sent me into tidewater twice already. He shouldn't even be an appraiser.
I'm a realtor and I have comparable homes all over the place saying I can support the price. Loves sending my VA clients to tidewater and when I called to say hey I have comps to support my price. "Your comps don't matter my appraisal sticks." That's the answer I got. Would never recommend.
Buzz Kaufman is the worst appraiser that I have worked with in my 28 yrs in real estate. His favorite thing to do to a VA transaction is Tidewater and completely destroy the deal. This has happened many times with him to me and just about every real estate agent in Pueblo that I know. I have complained to the VA many times and they keep letting this joker work for them. Unreal-denying our great hero’s the right to buy a house. VA needs to terminate his employment 28 yrs ago!!!!!!!!!!!
