I am extremely impressed with these guys...from the call to get my quote, to the guy that checked me in, to the guy that showed me the issues with my car....I most definitely recommended this place and will be coming back!! These guys rock!!!
Had a tire emergency on the way home on a Sunday afternoon. We went to the only tire place open in Newnan, GA (less than an hour before they closed). The team tackled the problem with ease and were super pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend them!
A week ago I took my car to get an alignment and my rear brakes done. I was told that they could do this same day and would not be a problem. I had a trip planned for leaving that night. So if there was any chance that it could not be done that day, I would have done this the day I came back from the trip. Poorly staffed. Unfriendly-- both red shirts hide out in the back leaving customers unattended or greeted on a Saturday. Like "hello, does anyone work here?" No not really. High turnover. 3 hours for ONE simple routine maintenance request. I don't care that it's free. You don't make commission. If you can't get a simple task done for me in a reasonable amount of time, why would I ever come back and give you my money for anything? GET IT TOGETHER, KAUFFMAN/MAVIS, whatever you are.
Everyone always wants to bash companies because in today's day and age we are all very entitled. Erick and Jazmine I have now had the pleasure of dealing with twice. Each time have been great with customer service and help find future problems with my car. Thank you to this location for the wonderful job y'all do!

I think.....well I won't say what I actually think, they just suck, wouldn't fix my tire because it had been repaired once before. Yeh I know its there policy but not everyone can but a NEW tire when they catch a nail.
