Worst Customer Service Ever and a bad decline from when it was Kauffman Tires. I wouldn't take my car here even for a nail repair at this point. So sad, when it was Kauffman it felt professional but no longer. What a BAD business for an otherwise great location. I will be taking all 3 of our cars to Sam's Club or Butler Tires across town for future needs.
incompetent service, no management oversee of the work done or else they are as bad as the work put out as I experienced. They also do not respond when you try to address it for a resolution. Steer clear of this place.
Took 4 tires in to have mounted, balanced and installed. After waiting almost 4 hours the work was done, or so I thought. It’s amazing that a tire store would install tires and think it’s even remotely ok to not balance them. Luckily I enjoy the soothing vibrations as I drive down the road.
they are argumentative about why there alignments go out so quickly knowing this they only warranty 4 months and having tires with less than 5k miles on them refuse to do anything except evaluate the tires and make excuses otherwise basically told me I was SOL and had to wait till the tires was critical till they did anything no compassion what so ever.
I have been sitting here for nearly 3 hours waiting for them to put on the tires I just bought. When I got here they told me only one person ahead of me, clearly a lie. My butt is numb from sitting in this chair. They have nothing not even water for waiting customers. The only thing I have left to do is sit here on facebook until my phone dies (which is now not too far off) wondering if I will ever get out of here!!
Recommendedcharlie is a great Mechanic...he takes care of your car like its his..if you go ask for Charlie!!

Awesome and quick service!
I bought four new tires this morning. This evening one of them has no air in it and is so flat that it is un-drivable. This place was in better shape when it was Kauffman.
