Staff is courteous but because of some failed promises, they offered me a free oil change. So, one of the representatives instructed me to come in this morning to get the oil change. I show up only for the same person to tell me that they have only one mechanic on site. They tell me to come back at 3:00 pm which I did and after 45 minutes the rep says they won't be able to get to my vehicle anytime soon. I left frustrated vowing to never return.

Stands by their products! – I bought my wifes tires and mine from Kauffman Tire and couldn't be happier. I had driven about 30k on my new tires (not so new anymore) when the side wall split. I was running out the door for a wedding and needed to drive a couple hours. The guys stayed late and fixed me up with a new tire that was covered by my manufacturer/road hazard warranty. Couldn't be happier with them and will be a client for years to come.
