They don’t stand behind the products they sell! Said I don’t have any warranty left because it’s a year old, I’ve bought tires from this location for over 15 years , but not any more. They just lost a few customers, all my family will never buy here again! When Kauffman sold out, we lost our good tire store any friendly service.
when someone comes by and makes an appointment you keep it and not say some bs about not having it because you are busy when you come back at the scheduled time agreed upon. it's not my problem for lack of management. will not be coming back!!
WOMEN BEWARE. Completely taken advantage of. Simple oil change and replaced 2 cv axles - my total bill was $795! Labor was $400!! Very deceiving on cost when seeking my approval for the extra work. Completely unprofessional when I questioned the outrageous cost - asked if I’d rather “pull my car back and have them remove the axles”. Unbelievably disgusted with this place.

Worse place to do business. Screw customers sold me a road hazard warranty and have 70% tread remaining 7/32 tire can be fixed and want to charge more with the warranty than I paid for the tire to start with. Complete and total crooks
