Would not support this business that is actually Mavis tires. They apparently bought out ‘Kauffman Tire’ but will not honor the lifetime warranty tire repair that customers bought at Kauffman Tire. If that’s the case, then change your name. It’s deceitful that you are banking on those of us that were loyal Kauffman Tire customers. Shame on you.
This location no longer offers free tire repairs because they're been bought out, but you would never know that since all of the branding still says Kauffman's. I'm not complaining about no longer being able to get something for nothing, but what I'm complaining about is not being told there would be a fee before waiting over an hour for the repair and then being surprised with a bill for 27 dollars...
