Great service and staff pleasure doing business with them
It took them three days to change two of my brake calipers, and one of them still leaked after three days working on it. I eventually took it elsewhere and got the leak cured in 1/2 hour. Mavis spend all their time trying to convince you that there are other major items that need changing on your vehicle when there is nothing wrong with them. We took our car here to get the A/C serviced. After we had It fixed, my car began turning off at different speeds. We took the car to a Toyota dealership nearby and were told that the wiring had been messed with and It melted my fuse box. After calling for information, Mavis called us back and said that they had “spoken with Toyota,” which they had not and that lightning had struck my car. Been a long time customer. Things have been different since this location was bought out. Called about an oil change was told to come right in, get there, they have a several hour wait. I told them I had just called and he said they don’t answer the own phones. Well what good does that do? He told me it’s their company and their rules. F*ck your rules and attitude, you lost a customer and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid Kauffman Tire locations owned by Mavis.
I usually go to the dealership to get my car serviced but thought I'd give this local shop a try. I had such a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and so helpful. They rotated my tires and checked the brake pads for me. I am so thankful to have such a great place right around the corner and will definitely be seeing them again!
