I called and asked if a tire was available and they advised yes. I then asked what is the wait time and was told an hour and a half. Approximately 15 minutes later I arrive. I was told they are unable to due it today. The manger tried to blame an off site person even though he admitted to speaking with her directly while I was on hold. Classic bait and switch. Will definitely return! I had only a certain time frame to have new tires put on my car and no other options for anyone else to pick my kids up from school. They definitely delivered with my firm request and were extremely experienced! Tires look great and now my kids and I are safe on the road!
I have had service work do at Kauffman tire several times over the past few months and I’m 100% satisfied. Having been in the auto service industry for over 20 years I know what to look for and more importantly what to look out for. I found their service and staff top notch! I was running late yesterday and they stayed their until I arrived. GREAT PRICES TOO! Thanks again for the outstanding service you guys!
Once again they are very respectful and won't mislead you like other tire places into spending. One of the only places I will let me wife go if I am not around. A+++++
