I have rarely given a poor review.... but the experience I have had with this company warrants the trouble. My lady went in to get tires for her full sized van, a 1978 G20 with a powerfully built 360 chevy small block mill (350 punched 60 over), and they put on tires for a compact car that simply were not rated for much more than 1/3 of the load. They have horrible customer service. I will never be back again. On the sign they advised $99.00 for new brakes ended up paying $300 something dollars. 6 months later, I decided to give them another shot. Went today to get four tires called first they said it will be $346.00 that was including tax. Get down there they said it will be $415.00. So, I left in went to Tires plus. Where I wasn’t lied to. I paid exactly what he told me on the phone. I got four brand new tires for $322.00 in I got alignment done all for $415.00.
All I can say is thank you Mr. Mike at this location. He used to be at the location in Kathleen and I had done business there, went back there looking for his amazing service and he wasnt there, I decided to go ahead and have service done at that location and I had a horrible experience. Something told me to check the Macon location and he.. HIMSELF restored my faith in Mavis. This man knows how to talk to people, treat people, and doesnt try to bait and switch folks. I went in Weds, to buy a tire for my BRIDE'S car. I asked for a Michelin. I wanted all four tires to be the same. They didn't have that tire. So I asked Michael to find me one as close to it as possible. I did not ask for another brand, other than the Michelin. But I received a Mavis brand that I didn't ask for. The guy spent more time trying to up sale me other things that I did not want. So today I talked with Jaris ( GREAT GUY ). They were friendly and fast .Showed me what they replaced
bought 4 new tires 2 got bubbles on the sidewalls within 6 weeks and they said both times it was my fought and I had to buy new tires both times. I think they are just bad tires! i would stay away from here.
Bad Customer Service, why would you put mismatched tires on a car and thinking I wouldn't notice it.
