They up sell stuff and when car is not done in reasonable amount of time, they tell you that didn’t have enough of the product and have to wait for someone to bring it!
I never thought I'd like Ironman brand of tires. Great performance and price point.
I Called Mavis because I needed a new set of tires. They told me to bring my car in because they had the tires in stock. An hour and a half later I got a ride home even though they said it’d only be half an hour left. An hour and a half later (so 3 hours after I dropped my car off) I got a call saying someone took the tires from the store last week so they ended up not having my tires. Bring back prior management - The group under Kauffman Tire were helpful and knew how to check brakes without a computer!!! My car sat forever without being worked on and I had to call them several times to find out what is going on. Not once did they communicate with me and I left with no work being done to my car. They have lost my business and have already been replaced. Review from Laurie
Tire service went fine, staff was nice but the mechanic did not reattach my drive train slash guard correctly and it came slightly loose on the way home. I called to have to have it fixed after work and they agreed. Took off work early to get over there to get it done right and even confirmed with the mechanic this time that he was sure it would hold to which he said it would. Does not stick to there word and an unethical business all around. Much better places out there.
Excellent honest service. They could have easily sold me a tire for a nail puncture. But instead showed me the tiny nail that was in there that needed no repair.
They were quick n affordable. Clean waiting area with tv.
