Brought in an Echo weed eater to have the starter rope (just the rope) changed. Came back to find they slapped me with a $72 “assessment” charge which I never asked them to do. Also, an assessment was not needed because the weed eater was in great working condition. Rip off!! Do not go here!!! Also, I had to change the starter rope myself. Shame on you Kauai Small Engine Services!
