Do not rent from this business. I recently moved out of a small 2 br apartment in Hanalima Village. The apt had a SMALL yard since it was on the ground floor. I did not have time to do the yard myself and figured it wasn't that bad,which it wasn't. When I received my deposit check guess how much was deducted to mow the small yard? $800 yup $800 dollars for lawn service for an area maybe 3 to 400 sq feet. I am appalled at the arrogance and complete disregard for decent human interaction.
I worked with Lauren Yama recently to find a rental property on island. From the beginning of our contact she was highly responsive and professional. She stayed in excellent communication throughout the process and was always punctual and friendly. I am really happy with how things went and would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a property manager or a rental property!
