Dawn has worked with my wife and I for almost 5 years in our home ownership journey. She is SO patient, knowledgeable and helpful, especially when we were most difficult. Dawn and Jeri are the greatest! First of all they take care of maintenance and problems with our home. They found the rental for the downstairs apartment. They pay and file the property and rental taxes as well as any other monthly bills so we don't have to think about it. The monthly accounting comes on time and is correct. This year we had to replace the septic tank and they coordinated the whole thing, with the contractor and neighbor who was sharing the bill. It was a lot of work, but was easy because of them!
