Food ordered online was completely thawed when delivered. Incorrect address was discovered by *** and did not notify sender (Katz) . Katz has no responsibility for your order after shipping to the address provided even if you pay for shipping. Customer service argumentative on the phone and would not take responsibility for the package of food sitting for 5 days undelivered, claiming it was my responsibility to keep track of the order.

My buddy and I went to nyc on a whim from Michigan. We were looking for a deli to get lunch at and just happened to run into Katz’s. Knowing it was world famous we went right in. The service, the food and the ambiance was all amazing. If I’m ever back in nyc again I’ll be going.
First time at Katz Deli with my love and daughter yesterday. I had the Brisket with gravy on Rye, my love had the corned beef and daughter had the Turkey Reuben. OmG!! Absolutely all were so delicious. My mistake for not posting the photos of the sandwiches! definitely worth the money and the trip from Jersey to New York for it.
This is the second time my husband and I have eaten at Katz’s since we moved from Texas. It’s been over a year since the first time and the food is always good. The meat is cut fresh in front of you and you are able to taste it before you decide on which sandwich you want. My favorite sandwich is the pastrami on rye...the meat is seasoned very well, it’s tender and DELICIOUS!!
Overnight delivery! It was so good! We live in Arkansas and we got the birthday box for my husbands birthday! He couldn’t have been more surprised. The reheating instructions were easy and it was all packed so nicely! Just delicious. We will order again!
