They are not mindful with people situation at all, they act annoyed with your question and treat there job like a pet store.

I was involved in a car accident and was referred to the Bronx location and couldn’t even see the doctor. I had a 2:45 appointment which I arrived about 20 minutes early for. It was so packed that I was told to stand outside and wait while I was in tremendous pain. The office is in a dingy building and it was scorching hot.
