I had a 9:15 am appointment with Dr Katzman in the Bronx. I got there 5 mins early, and had to sit on the carpet floor in the hallway for 45 mins bc all the chairs in the waiting room were occupied. And I have a bad knee.
It’s an extremely busy practice, Great Customer service.
Worst doctor ever seen in my life expects you to wait 2 hours every time you visit him and wants you to see schedule a new appointment in a month
They are not mindful with people situation at all, they act annoyed with your question and treat there job like a pet store.
