Not a good experience with fitting and eye exam. Taking month and a half to get my glasses seems like it absolutely shouldn’t take that long.NO matter what coverage patients have also, felt like a nuisance last visit to get my glasses replaced with new prescription from another Providers office. Replaced frame and lenses….Price quotes if I paid out of pocket was over $800.00 never had to pay more then 300.00 out of pocket at other eye doctors offices….

Due to Covid only my 90 year old Dad could go inside so I asked Kelly to call me when he was done. I was waiting in the parking lot. No one called and for almost 5 hours we could not find my Dad. When first I asked Kelly why didn't she call me. Her answer was they were busy. No one there seemed the least bit interested in helping find my father. RecommendedEmployees are very friendly, professional. Their waiting time though can be long so they recommend you to wait in your car, and call in to say your appointment time, so you are not waiting in the waiting room. Doctors and MA’s are just as kind.
