I discovered I had a flat tire at my friends apartment. She had the tools to take off the tire, but couldn't get the lug nuts off. We called Katz Tires to see if they could make a house call to help us out to get the tire to their shop. Thankfully they agreed! Came out in no time and helped us out by taking off the tire and making sure we knew how to put it back on. Worst tire shop I have ever been to In My Life told me nothing was wrong with my tires that my truck was shaking for no reason that it was something else I took it somewhere else and it was the tires spent $30 for him to balance them because he told me that he didn't see a problem in my tires when the tire needed replaced
My best friend and I went to pick up her car and realized that she had a flat. Searched for nearby tire shops and found Katz. When we got to the shop, the guys there were wonderful! They finished the job in no time and were so good to my niece and nephew. Gave them snacks and let my nephew play with a truck they had behind the desk. Best service I've ever had!
