I had a very pleasant experience with John John and Mike this morning when they replaced a flat tire for me at a very reasonable rate. Mike did not try to sell me tires that I did not need and was very honest. The customer service was great and I would recommend this place to my friends.
I was in yesterday and got 4 new tires put on. Great customer service. The owner sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had me back on the road in less then 30 minutes.

I’ve been a Katz customer for 40 years. There’s a reason. Their customer service is incredible. I went in today thinking I needed 4 new tires. This guy nicknamed Lazy checked all 4 tires and told me they were great (when he easily could have sold me new tires). I’ve never had a less than superb experience and have recommended them to several people.
I have a unique vehicle that they were able to find tires and quickly change them AND do it Very affordably! Other places were having difficulties finding tires for an 1988 Buick LeSabre Estate Wagon (AKA) a hearse! They were professional and very easy to deal with! Will return with other vehicles when needed!
