Had the size I needed, compared to waiting at several other businesses. Got an inexpensive used tire to hold until a run-flat could be brought in. In and out in under 20 minutes.
I went in this morning to see if my flat tire was patchable or needed replacing. I was in at 9 and out at 9:20. They weren't able to patch my tire but offered me a new or used replacement. I went with a used tire and they had it swapped out in no time. No appointment necessary and it only cost $43. The gentlemen were very professional and helpful. I will be returning for all tire needs going forward. Great job, guys!
Pulled up to Katz on Main St, in downtown Columbus, for the first time. Got greeted and helped immediately! Needed a quick tire patched and was in and out in less than 15 minutes with no appointment! (First come first serve shop). Fantastic first experience! Will go back with any future needed services!
I sent a email request for a quote for special tires at 10:30pm at night and got a response the same night. Apparently, someone is an insomniac, just like me! Price that was quoted was a no frills all inclusive price. They had to special order my tires, but I got a call by 10am saying they could get the tires in and install them same day. I show up, wait about a half hr, and they had everything done. Quickest tire trip I’ve ever had. I am enjoying my new tires. Thanks again!

RecommendedShout-out to Katz Tires on Main Street. I picked up a nail in my front tire and got a flat on my way home. I made it to one shop and they said they were “too busy” to help me tonight or even tomorrow if I left it. They did give me some air, then sent me on my way. Katz not only fixed it, they stayed open late to help me and then didn’t charge me at all. They just said Happy Holidays and think of us when you’re ready for new tires ... we can save you some money 💰. Thank you Katz ... you have earned my business !
