We had 5 windows replaced. They did an outstanding job along with quality installation. I originally got 3 estimates. The first quote was almost 3 times more that was advertising buy one get one free. The other was almost 4 times as much. The windows Katz installed come with a great warranty, I am more than pleased with our decision to go with Katz.
Unfortunately, after numerous calls, emails, and texts, they failed to finish the siding job.
Katz provided outstanding customer service & amazing craftsmanship. Katz made the experience a memorable one. From the first point of contact (our salesman was amazing - shout out Steve!), dealing with the insurance company to their roofing, siding and gutter crews.. amazing!
