very disappointed with office staff treatment.
Nothing but professionalism from this office. The receptionist, nurses, and Dr Katz himself have explained everything so that you understand exactly what is needed from you and what they will do for you.
I have scoliosis and had a hip replacement with Dr Katz and he made that leg longer than the other. Now I'm so out of alignment and have more back pain. He told me to "get a shoe lift!" His office manager who constantly threw in my face that she's been there 10 years has a really bad attitude. I think she needs a new job. I wanted to be happy but having one leg more than an inch longer than the other is not acceptable.
Dr Katz & his whole staff are Wonderful. My Mom had knee replacement surgery 2 weeks ago & is doing Great. Dr Katz tells it like it is he is Kind, Caring, answers your question he is stern which is good as he wants his parents to have a the best recovery & outcome . God Bless him and his staff.
