He is a Great Doctor & Surgeon
My friend had a full shoulder replacement and he was absolutely amazing!! I was there with her thru the whole time of her stay, he was extremely informative, he had wonderful bedside manners, he was informative, and came to notify me immediately on how her surgery went and the requirements of her after care!! I highly recommend him!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!
Poor staff communication, disrespected me in both calls I recvd frm her. I won't repeat the calls here, I notified Dr. Katz by letter & faxed. Seriously, she's the 1st medical staff I've seen or heard of talking rude & disrespecting pts & telling them thy shouldn't call the Dr with symptoms, wait till you have a visit. I have few serious permanent illnesses & I'm very cautioned & I see my Drs many visits per yr & I certainly have trust in my Drs caring for my problems (diagnosis).
