Extremely disappointed with Katz Realty. I (regretfully) live in one of their buildings. I have never been treated with such disrespect and every employee has the biggest attitude over the phone. In the 21st century, you do not treat your customers that way. Mr. Katz, learn to run a better business, although all hope is probably lost for your awful company.

I put Katz's site on my computer desktop, the icon came up as the outline of a bird. Should I add preditor? I googled actual definition of the word... Yes, preditor fits. Makes perfect sense. What a surprise! 0 meows.

I want to write review about Supervisor of building on 1725 Emmons Avenue,Carlos, he is the best Super ever , we are so thankful to him, that he keeps building soo clean, so nice, everywhere is clean, he is so responsible, so great person! God bless him!

I have a neighbor that keeps smoking cigarettes on the balcony and its smoke keeps coming into the apartment . Management says that they been having problems with this tenant. But I keep complaining still nothing and neighbor keeps smoking.
