Not bad customer service
Terrible! Non-emergency request will be forgotten for over a month unless you keep following up every day for at least three times or more. Then you will hear "well, it's not an emergency". Just say you forgot to put it into request!! That reasoning is more acceptable! Emergency request will take three business days to hear back, again must follow up everyday. You do the calculation.
