Jaelyn is the best property manager they have! Incredible to work with and is super professional, knowledgeable and prompt with any questions/requests I may have!
Katz fraudulently charged my account and pulled money out of my account before they were told they should and then over charged me, and charged me a late fee when their agent directly told me they wouldn’t. I also had several issues with homeless people breaking into my apartment that wasn’t ever addressed and was given nothing but attitude when I called and addressed the issues.
hideous company….taking the company to court for price gouging and illegal activity.
