Unprofessional service with conduct inappropriate to customer services line from the main office.
ZERO STARS. Crooks, slum lords. They only care about their pockets. If you happen to live in one of their properties, be sure to familiarize yourself with tenant resource center, get personal security cameras in your home and be sure to communicate via email and keep a paper trail.
Jaelyn is the best property manager they have! Incredible to work with and is super professional, knowledgeable and prompt with any questions/requests I may have!
