I visited the apartment a year ago, in March 2025. The apartments are beautiful, but nothing is finished; the construction has stopped. It seems the company had a scandal with the professionals who were working on the project. I almost signed the contract because they promised me that the swimming pool and the gym would be ready by the summer of 2025. We are now in January 2026, and nothing has been completed. I have no idea how this place has 4.3 stars. I toured it April 2024 and thought it was too good to be true.. thank god I didn’t sign a lease there. The only things finished are the units, no amenities Whatsoever. Not even a lobby. I don’t know how the developers keep getting away with this lol, if you dig into the company it looks like they did the same scam in Saint Louis.
The new property management is incompetent. The garage door is always broken and left open for weeks allowing homeless people to gain entry to the building. Homeless have been found wondering the hallways, staircases, and steal packages from the mailroom. You would think when your paying the amount of rent at this luxury apartments that security would be paramount but definitely NOT here.
The building is not even finished. They promised to finish it in July. Luckily I didn’t sign a lease with them.
Do not believe the hype! What you see online is not what this property looks like. The construction of this building is taking way too long and they are constantly doing repairs. I was on of the first 3 residents to move into this building in January I had to wait before I moved in so the could repair a crack that was going down the wall. Please tell me why there is another crack and the sheet rock is bubbling in the front room my bathroom and bedroom has several cracks in the wall as well.
